2) Pay the bill;

3) Receive the order tracking number by e-mail as soon as your order has been shipped;

* If you are a registered user, you can view the tracking number of your order by logging in and logging in to your profile HERE - then click on "my orders" - "view your order" - and you will see the tracking number of your order.

4) THEN ENTER YOUR TRACKING NUMBER BELOW (BY YOUR CHOICE OF DELIVERY - OMNIVA OR VENIPAK) AND FOLLOW THE DELIVERY STATUS OF YOUR ORDER:

YOU HAVE THE OPPORTUNITY TO CHOOSE THE WAY OF DELIVERING YOUR GOOD GOODS:

  1. Venipak courier (all over Europe) - the order is delivered using a courier service. The package is delivered to your door. Track your order by entering the Venipak tracking number here: VENIPAK COURIER-TRACKING YOUR ORDER

Before delivery, you will receive information with the expected delivery time from Venipak. If you are not at home during the delivery, the courier will contact you for another delivery time. Upon receipt of the shipment, you will need to present an identity document (passport or ID) to the courier. 

  1. Omniva parcel terminals (all over the Baltics) - delivery with Omniva is possible to the largest cities throughout the Baltics.

Currently, due to the growing demand for delivery services, delivery to OMNIVA PACKAGES may be delayed!

You will be able to receive the shipment at the Omniva parcel terminal within 1-2 working days from the moment of shipment in Latvia, Lithuania and Estonia. Receiving a shipment at the Omniva parcel terminal is very simple and only takes 15 seconds. The parcel is stored in the parcel for 7 days.
