USE & PRECAUTIONS FOR USE
For perfect oral hygiene, follow these simple tips:

- Brush your teeth with Avril certified organic whitening toothpaste 3 times a day for 2 to 3 minutes.
- Brush in an up / down movement and not right / left to avoid attacking the gums
- Change toothbrush every 3 months
- Close your toothpaste tightly to prevent it from drying out!

Precautions for use:
- Do not use in children under 7 years old
- Do not swallow
